  49. First of all let me be clear-USR modems, and Sportsters in particular,
  50. suck! I've used 4 different USR Sportsters on 3 different systems and
  51. in every case they have been a nightmare. I work for a large Corp.
  52. which has recently decided to junk their Sportsters and go over to
  53. another brand. I never knew how great a good modem could be until I
  54. yanked my Sportster from my computers and replaced them with Practical
  55. Peripherals 28.8's 
  56. Take it from someone who has been through hell-steer clear of the USR
  57. Sportster(the 28.8 version in particular)
